  • Sales Manager Central and Financial Instant Issuance (m/f) — India
    Matica Electronics is a member of the Matica Group and a leading company in governmental and industrial high security personalization and mailing technologies with local footprints in Americas, Europe and Asia. The company develops, manufactures, and distributes flexible and integrated system solutions that include hardware and software components to issue financial, commercial and ID cards. Matica Electronics offers a vast range of products from central issuance systems and mailers to desktop products for the financial instant issuance market.
    For the Indian market, we are looking for a Sales Manager Central and Financial Instant Issuance (m/f), India.

    Your Tasks:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies for the Indian region that ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability for its Central and Financial Instant Issuance business in India together with the senior sales management
    • Grow the company’s customer base through opening new accounts and develop a pipeline of opportunities through regular client meetings
    • Conduct product presentations at clients and identify the customers’ needs. Lead customers through the sales process as trusted advisor and by providing outstanding support
    • Increase market share by informing customers about new product offerings and features
    • Maintain and further develop the relationship with key customers in the region
    • Assist in the development and implementation of regional marketing plans as needed to grow sales
    • Maintain accurate records of all pricings and sales activities
    • Manage and ensure accurate forecast

    Our expectations:

    Qualifications:
    • Successful sales experience with proven track record in India within the Central Issuance and Financial Instant Issuance card industry and/or Banking & Financial institutions.
    • Good understanding of Core Banking systems and EMV solutions.
    • Ability to establish a dialogue with all levels of the client organization, including executives
    • Proven experience in negotiating and closing contracts and achieving sales quotas in the Central and Financial Instant Issuance industry
    • Proven experience in managing customer relationship
    • Genuine desire to succeed in sales role
    • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Good Project Management skills
    • Strong service mentality to meet the client's interests at the heart of the relationship
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent

  • Sales Manager Desktop Solutions, Russia & CIS (m/f) — Russia
    For our growing, competent European sales team, we are looking for a Sales Manager Desktop Solutions, Russia & CIS (m/f) based in Russia.

    Your Tasks:

    • Enable partners to resell Matica’s identification products and successfully implement them
    • Develop new Channel Partners for Matica products in Russia & CIS. Assume accountability for achieving defined revenue targets. Call on existing and potential clients to identify their current or perspective needs and provide information about Matica’s products/services including demonstrations and quotations
    • Develop and implement channel and distribution strategies for the region  that ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability
    • Develop leads to potential new customers through various sources
    • Grow the company’s customer base through opening new accounts and develop a pipeline of opportunities through regular client meetings
    • Consult with partners to analyse and understand their customer’s business needs and determine which of Matica’s products and services best fit their requirements
    • Research and develop sales presentations to effectively relate Matica’s solutions to potential customers' needs. Help partners to develop business proposals for presentation to clients, assemble expertise from other departments to ensure that all technical areas are covered
