  • Sales Manager Desktop Solutions, Russia & CIS (m/f) — Russia
    For our growing, competent European sales team, we are looking for a Sales Manager Desktop Solutions, Russia & CIS (m/f) based in Russia.

    Your Tasks:

    • Enable partners to resell Matica’s identification products and successfully implement them
    • Develop new Channel Partners for Matica products in Russia & CIS. Assume accountability for achieving defined revenue targets. Call on existing and potential clients to identify their current or perspective needs and provide information about Matica’s products/services including demonstrations and quotations
    • Develop and implement channel and distribution strategies for the region  that ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability
    • Develop leads to potential new customers through various sources
    • Grow the company’s customer base through opening new accounts and develop a pipeline of opportunities through regular client meetings
    • Consult with partners to analyse and understand their customer’s business needs and determine which of Matica’s products and services best fit their requirements
    • Research and develop sales presentations to effectively relate Matica’s solutions to potential customers' needs. Help partners to develop business proposals for presentation to clients, assemble expertise from other departments to ensure that all technical areas are covered
    • Lead customers through the sales process as trusted advisor and by providing outstanding support
    • Maintain thorough knowledge of Matica’s products/services, sales objectives and strategies, pricing and delivery/installation policies and practices to be able to respond to customer requests for information
    • Leverages marketing activities/events as well as attending relevant industry events and trade shows to ensure Matica brand recognition within the marketplace
    • Reviews impact of new product releases, new product features, delivery schedules, and competitor offerings with sales personnel
    • Maintain accurate records of all pricings and sales activities
    • Manage and ensure accurate and updated forecast

    • Successful sales experience in Russia & CIS within in the ID industry
    • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Ability to establish a dialogue with all levels of the client organization, including executives
    • Existing relationships with decision makers in Channel partners

    • Genuine desire to succeed in sales role
    • Awareness of target markets and product offerings of competitors
    • Excellent written and oral Russian language skills

  • Regional Director, South East Asia (m/f) — Singapore
    To manage our team in Singapore, we are looking for a Regional Director, South East Asia (m/f) - Singapore.

    Your Tasks:

    • Lead and manage the region to achieve targeted profit and growth goals established by the company
    • Responsible for all Matica Technologies ID, CI and FII business in South East Asia incl. full P&L responsibility for subsidiary in Singapore covering the South East Asia territory
    • Business development and strategic planning for the South East Asia region in close collaboration with the CEO / Global Sales
    • Achieve sales results and driving innovative and integrated sales initiatives for the ID, CI & FII business of Matica in partnership with Headquarters
    • Meet or exceed sales quotas and profit goals
    • Identify potential growth areas
    • Confirm, communicate and implement sales goals and strategies for the sales force
    • Review and update sales and marketing strategies for key markets and key accounts in the territory
    • Complete market analysis to improve product positioning and to increase the effectiveness of the teams
