    Your Tasks

    • Develop, implement and engage in channel, distribution, integrator, and corporate USA / Canada sales
    • Enhance current customer sales, while developing new application centric customers to ensure attainment of company sales and profitability plans

    Your Tasks

    • Enable partners to resell Matica’s identification products and successfully implement them.
    • Develop new Channel Partners for Matica products in Russia & CIS. Assume accountability for achieving defined revenue targets. Call on existing and potential clients to identify their current or perspective needs and provide information about Matica’s products/services including demonstrations and quotations

    To support our clients in South East Asia, we are looking for our office in Singapore for a:  Tech Support Engineer, Printer Hardware (m/f)  

    Your Tasks

    • To support customers & partners in Southeast Asia on all Matica Desktop Printer hardware & applications – remote or onsite whichever required
    • To provide Second level support for customers, dealers, business assist customers & partners in integration of printers into their existing or new environment
    • Responsible for printer hardware repairs, including safety checks etc.
    • Manage hardware & spare parts returned by customers or partners for warranty claims or repairs
    • Support and organisation of technical product trainings and installations of hardware at tradeshows
