  • Marketing Assistant Asia (f/m) – Singapore
    For our branch in Singapore we are currently searching for a Marketing Assistant – Asia (m/f)  

    Duties & responsibilities:

    • Develop top-of-mind awareness for the Matica brand within the industry in Asia
    • Develop and implement activities to expand Matica’s channel business in the region
    • Coordinate and work closely with Headquarters’ marketing team to create regional marketing programs and to communicate local needs
    • Develop, adapt, and implement regional marketing initiatives and materials including print and web advertising (brochures, mailings etc.), digital and social media, customer events, public relations, internal and external communication
    • Assist in designing promotions adapted to the reality of the local markets
    • Investigate and draft case studies and success stories within the region
    • Research and interpret information on competitors, customers, market needs, and industry trends to better understand and promote product positioning in the region
    • Act as the marketing contact person internally and externally and partner sales teams
    • Work closely with the sales team to align with and support regional sales activities
    • Support the sales team with local marketing campaigns to grow the sales channel
    • Prepare and participate at regional industry trade shows and customer/dealer events
    • Develop and manage the marketing plan in cooperation with Headquarters marketing including projects and activities

    Requirements:

    • Completed university studies in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing
    • At least 1 year of previous experience in a marketing position
    • Excellent oral and written English language skills. Chinese language skills of advantage
    • Very good working knowledge of MS-Office
    • Knowledge of marketing platforms such as WordPress, Marketo, Hootsuite, MailChimp, Cision is a plus
    • First international experience of advantage

  • Finance & Administration, Manager (f/m) — Galliate, Italy
    Matica Electronics s.r.l. is currently seeking for a Finance & Administration Manager for its production site in Galliate (NO), Italy.  

    Duties & responsibilities:

    • Manages accounting & annual auditing according to local GAAP and IFRS for the production site including financial planning, budgeting, reporting, tax matters, audits, investments
    • Support quarter-end and year-end close process
    • Develops and maintains intercompany pricing and accounting among legal entities to accomplish desired tax and cash management objectives
    • Analyzes and optimizes cost and revenue structures
    • Produce error-free accounting reports and present results in HQ reporting: weekly/monthly preparation of reports for Headquarters in Germany
    • Determine, analyze and control cost of production
    • Anticipates upsides and downsides in the P&L and budget controlling
    • Answer third-party requests from banks, auditors, tax authorities, insurances
    • Respond to financial queries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data
    • Apply HQ’s financial principles and admin practices
    • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
    • Improves accounting structures, systems and procedures to gain operational efficiencies

    Requirements:

    • Proven senior accounting experience

    Duties & responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability

  • Tech Support Engineer, Printer Hardware (m/f) — Munich, Germany
    To support our clients in Europe, we are looking for our offices in Munich for a Tech Support Engineer, Printer Hardware (m/f) :  

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Central point for all printer hardware relevant problems and issues for customers within the Europe region
    • Coding, quality control and testing of printers arrived in the warehouse and repair shop from customers
    • Second level support for national and international customers, dealers, business partners via phone and email
    • Responsible for spare part management, selection of spare parts, definition of parts stored in the warehouse and minimum quantity of the stored spare parts
    • Responsible for printer hardware repairs, including safety checks
