  • Sales Rep, West Coast (m/f) — USA
    To further enhance Matica’s successful desktop card printer; printing and embossing product and services sales in USA and Canada, we are looking for a Sales Rep for the West Coast of the USA.

    Your Tasks

    • Develop, implement and engage in channel, distribution, integrator, and corporate USA / Canada sales
    • Enhance current customer sales, while developing new application centric customers to ensure attainment of company sales and profitability plans
    • Meet and present to customers, Matica’s comprehensive, advanced product and services
    • Educating and outlining the differentiating aspects of Matica’s business model for value creation of horizontal and vertical channel and application centric customers
    • Conduct product presentations and training at client’s sites; identifying the customers’ needs. Lead customers through the sales process as trusted advisor and by providing outstanding support
    • Increase market share by informing customers about new product offerings and features
    • Maintain and further develop the relationship with key customers in the region
    • Assist in the development and implementation of regional marketing plans as needed to grow sales
    • Maintain accurate records of all pricings and sales activities
    • Manage and ensure accurate forecast

    Our Expectations

    Qualifications:
    • Successful sales experience in card identification and printer industry in USA
    • Ability to establish clear and effective communication with all levels of cliental personnel
    • Ability to impress and influence client’s executive management to allocate more of their resources to sell Matica’s products and services
    • Proven experience in negotiating and closing contracts
    • Proven experience in managing customer relationship
    • Genuine desire to succeed in sales role

    Your Tasks

    • Enable partners to resell Matica’s identification products and successfully implement them.
    • Develop new Channel Partners for Matica products in Russia & CIS. Assume accountability for achieving defined revenue targets. Call on existing and potential clients to identify their current or perspective needs and provide information about Matica’s products/services including demonstrations and quotations
    • Develop and implement channel and distribution strategies for the region that ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability
    • Develop leads to potential new customers through various sources
