  • Sales Manager Latin America (m/f)
    To further grow our business in Latin America, we are looking for a motivated and talented Sales Manager (m/f), working from home-office within the region.     Your Tasks

    • Several years of successful work experience in Latin America in B2B sales with technical products (ID, payment, security industry preferred)
    • Proven track record for direct and indirect sales in Latin America
    • Portfolio of contacts in the region to facilitate access to clients in our industry

    • Strong service mentality to meet the client's interests at the heart of the relationship
    • Education: MBA or equivalent

  • Sales Director South East Asia (f/m) – Singapore
    For our subsidiary in Singapore we are looking for a Sales Director South East Asia (f/m):
     

    Duties & responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement overall sales, channel, and distribution strategies in cooperation with the Regional Director Asia for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
    • Drive sales together with the regional sales managers to accomplish results in excess of approved plans for each quarter and year after year
    • Create and develop a pipeline of opportunities through client meetings, developing relationships of trust with the partner network and marketing initiatives
    • Maintain key customer relationships, develop and implement plans in expanding company’s customer base

    Your Tasks

    Order Processing:
    • Receive sales orders from customers in Europe
    • Check product availability, configuration and pricing
    • Clarify open questions with the customer via telephone and email (including freight quotations, packing details and transport instructions)
    • Enter order into the ERP-system
    • Prepare order confirmation and invoices
    • Coordinate and manage shipment of hardware, consumables and spare parts
    • Verify customs charges, import taxes and VAT
    • Take care of the required documentation including export shipping documents
    • Communicate with customers when orders get shipped

    • Send delivery notes, tracking numbers and invoices
    Stock Management:
    • Manage stock availability in the warehouse with our external warehouse provider
    • Ensure weekly stock take and instant update of the warehouse system
    • Plan order volumes and take care of supplies purchasing
    • Update ERP-system as soon as supply deliveries are received in the warehouse
    • Manage spare part stock in coordination with technical support, including ensuring minimum quantity
    • Inform sales team about stock situation and forthcoming deliveries on a weekly basis
    • Send regular updates on backlog to sales team
