  • Sales Manager, US (F/M) – Vacaville (CA)

    Duties & responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
    • Grow the company’s banking customer base by presenting the client specific software solution and related hardware financial instant issuance product offerings and features to the client at the base of business
    • Lead customers through the solution sales process as trusted advisor by providing outstanding support
    • Maintain and develop further the relationship to key customers and provide a pipeline of opportunities
    • Provide feedback from customers and market knowledge gained to colleagues in the company to further enhance and improve the company’s software solution offerings and specifications
    • Maintain accurate records of all pricings and sales activities
    • Manage and ensure accurate forecast
    • Assist in the development and implementation of regional marketing plans as needed to grow sales
    • Participate and support at industry tradeshows

    Job Requirements:

    Qualifications:
    • Several years of successful sales experience of client specific software in the USA, to clients in the financial industry preferred
    • Proven record of achieving quarterly and annual sales goals
    • Experience in the financial instant issuance or payment market is advantageous
    • Technical knowledge to be able to coordinate with product managers and software developers of the company and to translate product specifications to customers
    • Portfolio of contacts in the financial industry to facilitate access to clients
    • Desire to find innovative solutions to customers’ strategic and day-to-day operation needs
    • Strong service mentality to meet the client's interests at the heart of the relationship
    • Ability to establish a dialogue with all levels of the client organization, including executives

  • Project Manager Financial Instant Issuance, Americas (f/m) – Vacaville (CA)
    To support our Financial Instant Issuance clients in the U.S., we are looking for our office in Vacaville (CA) for a: Project Manager Financial Instant Issuance, Americas (f/m) 

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    Project Support & Sales:
    • Develop new business opportunities, including new projects and programs
    • Identify and develop new Financial Market opportunities
    • Develop projects for both Matica's current product portfolio and offering turnkey solutions
    • Issuing enquiries, reviewing and evaluation of regional tender documents, related to FII, for both commercial and technical details
    • Preparation of proposals and quotations for the realization of regional projects including the description of the functional and technical specifications
    • Supporting the regional sales team in the initiation of project opportunities
    • Responsible for the technical aspects in negotiations with partners and clients
    • Reporting of the chances of realization of projects and related target/business figures to the management
    • Responsible for the timetable and all technical aspects in the preparation and implementation of projects
    • Supporting clients in all commercial and technical questions related to a project
    • Providing project presentations to clients on-site
    • Technical and conceptual support and carrying out of the proof of concepts and roadshows
    • Active support at international trade fairs and conventions
    Project Management:
    • Preparation of project plans for new projects
    • Responsible for tracking project plans for time and cost adherence during the realization period
    • Adjustment of project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers
    • Continuous communication and updating of relevant business stakeholder of project status (Regional Sales Managers, Technical Support etc.)
    • Coordination of the personnel resources needed for project realizations

    • Coordination with and support of partners in the project implementation process

    Consulting:
    • Contact person and consultant for all regional questions related to Project Business
    • Product specialist for products used in Financial Instant Issuance
    • Supporting partners at the preparation of technical specifications for tenders, preparation of technical documentation for project proposals (White paper documents)
    • Identify new applications for Financial Software and Hardware Products and Services
    • Work with Matica’s Management to offer new enhancement of current products

    Requirements:

    • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex reports
    • Ability to scope, and document project requirements and dependencies
    • Experience in the use of project management tools and project management techniques

    For our branch in Singapore we are currently searching for a Marketing Assistant – Asia (m/f) 

    Duties & responsibilities:

    • Develop top-of-mind awareness for the Matica brand within the industry in Asia
    • Develop and implement activities to expand Matica’s channel business in the region
    • Coordinate and work closely with Headquarters’ marketing team to create regional marketing programs and to communicate local needs
    • Develop, adapt, and implement regional marketing initiatives and materials including print and web advertising (brochures, mailings etc.), digital and social media, customer events, public relations, internal and external communication
    • Assist in designing promotions adapted to the reality of the local markets
    • Investigate and draft case studies and success stories within the region
    • Research and interpret information on competitors, customers, market needs, and industry trends to better understand and promote product positioning in the region
