  • Software Engineer (f/m) – Italy
    Matica Technologies Group is a fast growing and innovative global company which develops, manufactures, and markets a vast range of products in the secure ID, and secure payments, industries. Matica has a strong international network, operating globally providing local sales and services through its offices in Germany, Italy, France, India, Singapore, China, Hong Kong the USA and the UAE. The company supports thousands of customers with its global network of certified resellers, value added distributors and integration partners. For our production site in Galliate (NO) Italy, we are looking for a Software Engineer (f/m).    

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Software development for card processing systems (DLL, SDK, Drivers)
    • Software architecture design according to market needs
    • Following all phases of software design
    • Development of software testing programs
    • Problem solving and bugs solution

    Job Requirements & Qualifications:

    • Technical background in software engineering or similar
    • Knowledge of the major software languages C/C++/C#
    • Good knowledge development of applicative software for Windows
    • Experienced in the development of DLL and drivers for Windows
    • Good know-how of peripheral interface Serial, USB, LAN.
    • Good knowledge of interface to most common database.
    • High level of service orientation and pro-activeness.
    • Fluent in English, verbally and writing.

  • Sales Manager, US (F/M) – Vacaville (CA)
    Since 1993, Problem Solved (a Matica Group company) has grown through its passion for finding innovative solutions to clients' strategic and day-to-day operation needs. Problem Solved has carved its niche as a leading provider of financial services software development and consulting by offering client-specific solutions; by establishing key business alliances within the industry; and by promoting a culture of creative solutions within its team of experts. For the office in Vacaville (CA), Problem Solved is now looking for a: Sales Manager, US (m/f)  

    Duties & responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
    • Grow the company’s banking customer base by presenting the client specific software solution and related hardware financial instant issuance product offerings and features to the client at the base of business
    • Lead customers through the solution sales process as trusted advisor by providing outstanding support
    • Maintain and develop further the relationship to key customers and provide a pipeline of opportunities
    • Provide feedback from customers and market knowledge gained to colleagues in the company to further enhance and improve the company’s software solution offerings and specifications
    • Maintain accurate records of all pricings and sales activities
    • Manage and ensure accurate forecast
    • Assist in the development and implementation of regional marketing plans as needed to grow sales
    • Participate and support at industry tradeshows

    Job Requirements:

    Qualifications:
    • Several years of successful sales experience of client specific software in the USA, to clients in the financial industry preferred
    • Proven record of achieving quarterly and annual sales goals
    • Experience in the financial instant issuance or payment market is advantageous
    • Technical knowledge to be able to coordinate with product managers and software developers of the company and to translate product specifications to customers
    • Portfolio of contacts in the financial industry to facilitate access to clients
    • Desire to find innovative solutions to customers’ strategic and day-to-day operation needs
    • Strong service mentality to meet the client's interests at the heart of the relationship
    • Ability to establish a dialogue with all levels of the client organization, including executives
    • Proven experience in negotiating and closing contracts
    • Proven experience in managing customer relationship
    • Genuine desire to succeed in sales role
    • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent
    Language Skills:
    • Excellent written and oral English skills
    • Ability to write and give presentations that conform to the prescribed business style and format
    Other Skills and Abilities:
    • Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills with the ability to adhere to deadlines
    • Must be detail-oriented
    • Able to work effectively as a part of a team

    Work Requirements:

    • Location: Vacaville (CA) office based, home office will be considered after 3-6 months
    • Up to 70% travel and fieldwork. Must be able to travel by car, train, airplane, etc. as needed
    • International travel will be required; therefore, employee must possess or can acquire a valid passport
    • Must possess a valid driver’s license
