    To further enhance Matica’s successful desktop card printer; printing and embossing product and services sales in USA and Canada, we are looking for a Sales Rep for the West Coast of the USA.

    Your Tasks

    • Develop, implement and engage in channel, distribution, integrator, and corporate USA / Canada sales
    • Enhance current customer sales, while developing new application centric customers to ensure attainment of company sales and profitability plans
    • Meet and present to customers, Matica’s comprehensive, advanced product and services
    • Educating and outlining the differentiating aspects of Matica’s business model for value creation of horizontal and vertical channel and application centric customers
    • Conduct product presentations and training at client’s sites; identifying the customers’ needs. Lead customers through the sales process as trusted advisor and by providing outstanding support

  • Junior Corporate Controller (f/m) – Munich, Germany
    For the Matica Group Headquarters in Munich, we are looking for a Junior Corporate Controller (f/m).

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Create regular target/actual financial analyses and reporting information for the senior management to support the decision-making process (e.g. for sales reporting, capital investments, pricing decisions, etc.)
    • Support the group’s annual budgeting process
    • Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues
    • Support the planning & forecasting process
    • Responsible for collecting, analyzing and compiling data from the worldwide subsidiaries necessary for monthly reporting on KPIs to the management
    • Provide group cost controlling to ensure that unfavorable variances are addressed in a timely manner

    Attività principali:

    Recupero crediti
    • Recupero crediti: impostazione e gestione piani di rientro con i clienti
    • Registrazioni contabili
    • Attività amministrativa (archivio, posta, fornitura ufficio)
    • Gestire la raccolta tempestiva dei crediti per la filiale italiana, e la raccolta dei saldi.
    Customer Service
    • Supporto nella gestione degli ordini dei clienti, sia per prodotti finiti che per parti di ricambio
    • Contatto giornaliero con le filiali in tutto il mondo e i relativi Sales Manager relativamente a prezzi e disponibilità dei prodotti
    • Supporto nell’elaborare risposte alle richieste dei clienti
    • Inserire e aggiornare le informazioni relative a clienti e alle filiali nel database aziendale
    • Inserimento e controllo degli ordini nel sistema operativo della produzione
    • Seguire la tracciabilità degli ordini e lo status della produzione per gli ordini già confermati.
